reading for tuesday february 19th
So the next reading is the Invisibles vol 1, a tale about a young
rapscallion who is recruited through his own angst and rage into a secretsociety of individuals battling the forces of darkness. A heads up that
towards the end they traveling back into the writings of the Marquis de
Sade and so <Trigger Warning> there are some scenes of rape and
defilement. While the images are not intensely graphic the language is
pretty nasty (it's all verbatim de Sade if i remember right). That being
said it provides an interesting point or two but if folx don't feel
comfortable reading it then we'll just skip it!
Ye, so i uploaded the file onto mediafire cuz it's too big to email. I
included the link below but if this doesn't work for some reason holler at
me and i'll either lend you my copy or print you out one at that fake
local bank Chumpqua.
ALSO- we changed the time so that so more people could attend. Jean Pierre
had work on mondays too. WE WILL NOW BE MEETING ON TUESDAYS AT 8 O'CLOCK
POST-MERIDIAN. If you are prone to be late than we are meeting at 6 so get
your rear in gear. lastly, you are the designated snack provider this
time.
